UNHCHR Geneva Ms. Louise Arbour, UN Secretary General Mr. Ban-Ki-Moon HRC of European Parliament March 16, 2009 Excellencies SOS I would like to bring to your attention the desperate condition of recent torture and imprisonment of youths in Iran. Since February 10, 2009, the following four Iranian political prisoners have staged a hunger strike: 1- Madjid TAVAKKOLI 2- Hossein TARKASHWAND 3- Ismail SALMANPOUR 4- Kourosh DANESHYAR They are student members of the central council of the Islamic Students Association (ISA) of Amirkabir University who wanted to commemorate the memorial day of the First Prime Minister of the present regime, Mehdi Bazargan. They were arrested by agents of the Ministry of Information on February 7, 2009. On the day of his arrest, Mr. Tavakkoli started with a water strike for a week; later he turned to a hunger strike with the other three. It is now more than one month that they are on a hunger strike; recently they have been transferred to Ewin prison, Ward 209, joining four more students from the same University: 1- Ahmad GHASABAN 2- Abbas HAKIMZADEH 3- Hoda MASHAYEKHI 4- Nariman MOSTAFAVI I am deeply concerned about the fate of these eight students; their parents do not know what is happening to their eight imprisoned children. I also would like to draw your attention to the condition of four more political prisoners: 1- Bahman KHODADADI 2- Hossein SARSHUMI 3- Arsalan SADEGHI 4- Alireza DAVOODI These four prisoners are members of Students for Freedom and Equality at Isfahan University. They were arrested on March 1, 2009 and undergone brutal torture. Alireza Davoodi and Bahman Khodadadi have been severely tortured so they could not walk; Davoodi`s nose is broken, the bruises of torture are clearly noticeable on his body. He has been forced to confess to false accusations. At the same time I would like to draw your attention to the case of Alimahin TORABI. He was under 18 years old at the time he murdered another youngster. Recently he has been condemned to the death penalty; he is on death row in Rajaai Shahr Prison. He also has been subjected to torture by Nabi-alah FRAJZADEH, the deputy of security of Rajaai-Share Karaj prison. Because of his contacts with political prisoners, his case has been disclosed. Some Western media have published their objection to the juvenile’s death penalty. Execution of youth who commit murder when they are under 18 years old is already contrary to Human Rights conventions. Torturing a juvenile is against the Human Rights convention, too. Recently in the Neyshekar-e Haft-tapeh Sugar Company, workers who are members of their syndicate have been subjected to harassment and pressure by the Iranian Security and Judiciary agents. One example, Ali NEJATI from Syndicate Stirring body of Haft-tapeh Sugar Company, was arrested on March 8, 2009. It was morning and he was in front of his house. This is the second time he has been snatched; nobody knows his whereabouts. It was just one week since he was released from confinement. All cells of Ewin prison Ward 209 are overcrowded. According to the latest news, two journalists, Ms. Roxana SABERI and Ms. Shabnam MADADZADEH, have been transferred to Ward 240 in Ewin prison. It is obvious that the fascist regime of Mullahs in Iran is making a last ditch effort to scare the youth by arresting their more vocal voices before the upcoming presidential election. The Iranian community condemns vigorously the violation of Human Rights in Iran. The Iranians shall never forget or forgive the medieval regime of the so-called IRI, and these murderers should be brought to justice on charges of crimes against humanity. Your timely measures are needed to save the life of these political prisoners who were hand-picked among the students, journalists, and workers; at the same time I demand you to put pressure on Iranian authorities to release all political prisoners immediately and unconditionally. Those who are promoting the Human Rights, Freedom and Democracy thank you. For more information I am always available. Sincerely Yours, Dr. Zahra Erfani

Mr. Amir AMIR GHOLI and Ms. Soulmaz IGDAR and three other persons were arrested on Friday in Khavaran, the catacomb of political prisoners who have been massacred in prison, in 1988 after the cease-fire between Iran and Iraq. They are held in Evin prison, section 209; but nobody knows the whereabouts of the others. Soulmaz is a journalist and has chronic asthma. Amir has stomach complications. Both need immediate medical care. In recent months, the wave of arrests and death penalties has escalated in Iran. We are demanding again to send a fact finding committee to Iran to safeguard the life of political prisoners. Those who are struggling to promote the Human Rights vigorously condemn the flagrant violation of Human Rights in Iran. We appreciate your commitment to remind the Iranian government to abide by the Article 11 of Universal Declaration of Human Rights Adopted and proclaimed by General Assembly resolution 217 A (III) of 10 December 1948 http://www.un.org/Overview/rights.html. This courageous action by the UN shall prevent the repeat of 1988 mass execution of over 5000 political prisoners in Iranian jails http://asre-nou.net/1385/mehr/12/koshtar/m-moghadamehEN.html Thank you very much indeed, and for more information I am always available. TO: HCHR Ms. Louise Arbour, UNHCHR Geneva COPY: UN Secretary General, Mr. Ban. Ki-moon DATE: June 16.2008 FROM: Dr. Zahra Erfani SOS Excellencies, Due to an urgent action from you might save the life of an Iranian political prisoner, I would like to bring to your attention and express our deep concern that Mr. Arzhang Davoodi is now more than 61 days on hunger strike. He is a poet, writer, and teacher; who has been kept in harsh, solitary confinement in Evin prison for the last five years enduring brutal torture. He needs immediate medical help for his gingivitis bleeding and other health needs. Instead of medical help, the agents of Information and Security Ministry of the Islamic Republic of Iran namely Bakhshi, Hadj Kazem and Ali Mohammadi chained his feet and shipped him to the notorious Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj, west of Tehran, on April 27, 2008. This second prison is for armed criminals. Its capacity of 34 prisoners now exceeds 210 inmates. I rigorously condemn the deplorable condition of Human Rights in Iran; at the same time I plead for your help to take action to prevent the death of another political prisoner. Please put pressure on the Iranian authorities to free political prisoners and prisoners of conscience. The so-called Islamic Republic of Iran should be brought to justice for their crimes against humanity over the last 29 years. We believe that the current world relation and dialogue with Islamic Republic focusing on nuclear issue, is emboldening Islamic Republic in violating any aspect of human right as recognized in the UN relative conventions. We kindly request your urgent action to save the life of Arzhang Davoodi as any moment is crucial for his life. Those who struggle for democracy and freedom in Iran, plead for your immediate action to rescue the life of Mr Arzhang Davoodi. As a result of brutal torture is suffering a serious eye pathos-injury and his right eyesight has been damaged. His health condition and digestive system has been seriously endangered. In lack of adequate hygienic situations and sustaining solitary confinement is suffering serious derma-injury. Consequently, Peyman needs an immediate medical treatment. It is noteworthy to pay attention to this point, that Peyman Piran has been forced to confess and self condemnation in front of camera. In Middle-Ages regime of Mullahs it is a common place to force televised confession in order to disgrace and discourage the political prisoner. Peyman Piran is not the only political prisoner in this inhumane situation, but many, Such as Behrouz KARIMI-ZADEH, Saeed MASURI, Saeed SHAHGHALE, Heshmat TABARZADI, Ali KANTOORI , Farhad HAJI MIR REZAI, who are in the same ward. The horrible news is coming from Iran daily. For instance a Turk journalist Farzad KAMANGAR has been jailed more than 17 months and 8 months in solitary confinement, brutally tortured and has been condemned to capital penalty. Farhad VAKILI, Ali HEIDARIAN are both condemned to death penalty too. Who should be accountable to all these barbaric crimes? The majority of Iranian people and all opposition have boycotted the undemocratic parliament elections which was hold on March14. To: UNHCHR Geneva HCHR Ms. Louise Arbour UN Secretary General Mr. Ban. Ki- moon Subject: new wave of execution in Iran SOS Zurich, August 2. 2007 Your Excellencies I am an Iranian in exile writing to you to bring to your attention, that the news coming from Iran is horrible. In the last week of July 16 persons mostly youth or under aged have been brutally hanged. Yesterday 7 political prisoners in Tehran and today 7 in Mashhad northwest of Iran have been hanged and as usual on the street! Tomorrow some reportedly 15 will be hanged! The middle-Ages regime of clergy men has destroyed our country, culture and our life and we are expecting the understanding and assistance of all who are promoting the dignity of human rights and right to live humanely. The reactionary regime of Mullahs in Iran because of its failure to obtain its desires for atom bomb and its confrontation with UN Security Council resolution is going to take revenge the political prisoners like the same has done in summer 1988; massacred ten thousands of political prisoners in notorious Evin jail in Iran. We are pleading respectfully for your help to stop the executions and immediate releasing of all political/conscience prisoners in Iran. Regime of Mullahs( so called Islamic Republic of Iran) has increased its brutal suppressing all freedom loving, civil and democratic movements such as women, worker, teachers and students … For instance Delaram ALI a woman was collecting signature to abolishing all misogynist gender based legislation, has condemned to 2 years and 10 months imprisonment term and lashes!. Mansur OSANLOO, the transport syndicate secretary, previously many times arrested and tortured, after coming back to country from participation in annual session of International Transport Federation, another time has been beaten and abducted on the street and jailed, sustaining torture. Mr. Mahmoud SALEHI bakers syndicate chief person is still in prison, suffering sever kidney sickness, needs immediate medical treatment and has crucial situation. Keyvan RAFIEE the spokesman of Human Rights Activist in Iran, is now more than 13 months confined; many months in solitary confinement without any trail in ward 7 Evin prison. Hundreds of students are still in prisons and suffering repeatedly brutal torture such as Mansour RADPOUR has recently been brutally tortured his ribs and teeth have been broken. Madjid KAWUSIFAR who asked for asylum in American embassy in Arab United Emirate but denied and was deported to Iran. He was among those who were hanged Yesterday; August 2. Many young are in the raw of execution such as Mosleh ZAMANI a boy17years old from Sanandaj west Iran. We (Progressive Women Organization) can not standing the extreme agony of the mothers; all Iranian pleading for help. We appreciate your timely measures to be taken in this regards putting pressure on Iranian authorities to abandon the barbaric rule and fulfil their commitments and obligations to Universal Declaration of Human Rights which has signed it. He is not the only one who is suffering these circumstances, but many students and freedom loving have the same situation in prisons in Iran. We expecting the human rights watchers and defenders who are committed to promoting and dignity of human rights to take action and put the authorities in ruling regime in Iran under pressure to stop these brutalities and release all political/conscience prisoners, and provide them relief and prompt medical treatment. The Middle-Ages regime of Mullahs should be accountable to all criminalities has exercised upon innocent people and by your measures should be taken to remind them to respect the Universal Human Rights Declaration. In Iran, all movements such as, workers/labors, students, teachers, nurses and specially women movement are brutally suppressed. Recently the women who are deprived from all their basic rights have launched a campaign to collect 1. Million signatures to abolish misogynic gender based legislation. They have been disfranchised and denied from their fundamental rights. Now is summer time and in Iran it is hot, the women on the street because of their wearing would confronted with beating and foul language consequently arrested; by regime agents and so called police men. It is noteworthy to bring to your attention that many young girls and women have been so far arrested; some of them tortured because of their clothing and carrying light color or their hair was not covered properly! It is very shameful for contemporary human being in 21 century and third millennium to be witness to such a barbaric actions and not to interfere to stop it. We condemn vigorously these brutalities of Mullahs regime in Iran and the same time demanding the human rights defenders very respectfully to take action to put pressure on inhumane and misogynic regime of reactionary thugs in Iran to free all political prisoners and respect the civil rights of civilian and stop medieval attitudes towards all Iranian specially women. This year is the 16 commemoration of those who have been subjected to three minutes trail and were hanged in mass; Because Khomeini was imposed to accept the 598 Resolution of UN in cease fire with Iraq. Dear Ms. Tsedev Hulan,
I am writing to bring your attention to the very critical condition of Mr. Pyman PIRAN, member of the National Union of Iranian Students and Graduates. He has staged a hunger strike, since March 7 in branch 6 in Qasr prison, protesting his imprisonment. It is noteworthy that branch 6 are prison cells designated to criminals and convicts.
Hereby, I would like to draw your attention to this issue that Mr. Pyman Piran fled to Switzerland last year and applied for political asylum but was denied to be granted a refugee status. As he is an activist and has devoted himself for establishing freedom, democracy and social justice in Iran, could not stand this ignorance and was forced to go back to Iran, as the result has been arrested and tortured in Prison. His father Mr. Mostafa PIRAN had been imprisond, tortured for several times.
Dear Ms. Hulan, the political prisoners, who are for many years sustaining, suffering inhumane tortures under the sovereignty of mullah `s regime, pleading for your help.
We appreciate your timely and prompt measures to be taken and demanding the immediate unconditional releasing of all political/conscience prisoners under the name of Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
I express my concern deeply upon a very crucial condition of several Students Movement`s Leadership in prison; as Mr. Akbar Mohammadi, Mehrdad Lohrasbi, Manouchehr Mohammadi, Omid Abbasgholi nezhad, Abdolah Amini, Ahmad Batebi, Farzad Hamidi… who are sitting in prisons with Thousands political prisoners; Students, workers, teachers etc.
Since July 9, 2003 -in commemorating the July 9, 1999- which I in accompany of a delegate had a meeting with you and your colleague, no change has happened and our student’s movement leadership as well as other political prisoners are perishing under medieval tortures in prisons under Khatami administration who represent the mullah’s regime; a religious fascist, fanatic, murder and high corrupt one.

Rescue Sadeghinoor
Your Excellencies
Zurich,
March 6. 2003
Once
again, the UNHCR in Turkey has violated the refugees right and very regretfully
deported the Iranian asylum seeker, one of those Students movement activist Mr. Mohsen
Sadeghinoor, to death to Iran. Sadeghinoor
could flee the country and seek asylum in Turkey. but has been denied to
be granted a refugees status. Very astonishing, the UNHCR in spot has claimed
that Sadeghinoor is able to obtain adequate protection from the authorities of
Islamic Republic of Iran and in cooperation with the Iranian authorities had
decided to expel him via airport to Iran.
He was to be sent by air on Saturday march 1, but his
family could not find him at the airport in Tehran. By latest, he has been
abducted and is in the claw of Middle- Ages criminal Regime in Iran sustaining
brutal tortures. We condemn vigorously this inhumane action and draw your
attention to this point that the NHCR in Turkey should be accountable for this
heinous action.
Please be informed, in case of careful consideration
and just scrutiny your branch office could determined that Mr. Sadeghinoor dose
meet the protection as a refugee according to UNHCR´s statute and the 1951
Convention relating status of refugees.
What has Mr. Sadeghinoor demonstrated has founded
fear of being persecuted on account of his membership of a particular group, or
political opinion, which meet these criteria that qualifies for international
protection as refugee.
ü
Please be
informed that the harm he has suffered or fear he has, is completely related to
one of the five grounds listed under the 1951 Convention and UNHCR´s statute;
he is a member of an opposition organization student `s movement.
ü The events he has described to you during his interview do demonstrate he has suffered or will suffer treatment so sever as to amount to persecution; to death sentences. He is one of those organizers of 1999 demonstrations, and he has been interviewed by many different opposition Radios which are broadcasting to Iran and internationally.
ü
His
testimony founded plausible and credible, the terrorist religious fascist ruling
regime in Iran has extra judicial rules, which is very beyond of our
understanding and international law; according to the penalty code book the
dissident who is fighting against so called “Islamic Republic of Iran” his
right hand and left leg should be maimed and be thrown from the top of the
mountain to the beneath!
The sovereignty of clergymen in Iran is on the verge
of its collapse and the authorities are doing their suicide efforts to kill as
much as they can before collapsing.
The opposition organizations appreciate your just and
prompt action and demanding immediate releasing of MR. Sadeghinoor. Those who
are struggling for freedom and democracy thank you.

Excellency
Sergio Vierina De Mello,
I am writing to inform you about the very crucial
situation of our political/conscience prisoners namely, Heshmatollah
Tabarzadi, brave student activist and leader of the Iran Democratic Front.
Tabarzadi is one of those student activists, that their peaceful uprising
of July 1999 came to a bloody crackdown by vigilants unofficial agents of
so called Islamic Republic of Iran. Since then, time after time Tabarzadi
had been summoned to prison and subjected to Middle-Ages physical and
psychological torture.
Aftermath the events of July 1999, agents of the
Islamic Republic regime have illegally invaded Tabarzadi’s private
residence, destroyed household properties, treated the Tabarzadi’s
family in a cruel vicious manner, and had taken Tabarzadi away through the
use of physical force.
Such arrests and imprisonment were carried out without a legitimate
document stating the crime, this inhumane manner is a common place in
regime of Mullahs, and the cost of damage property came at the expense of
the Tabarzadi family.
This invasion from the Islamic Republic authorities
is in contrary to the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights Article 12
which states, "No one shall be
subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or
correspondence..." Upon this year’s student demonstration on
July 9. 2002, Tabarzadi was one of the four hundred innocent students that
were arrested due to their support for the captive student activists.
Seven months has passed since this summer’s unrest and still we have no
information of his where about.
We, alongside the Tabarzadi family, are deeply concerned for the health
and well being of Heshmatollah Tabarzadi and his colleagues such as
Manouchehr Mohammadi, Dr. Farzad Hamidt, Ahmad Batebi, Akbar Mohammadi,
Mehrzad Lohrasbi, Abbas Deldar, Omid Abbasgholi-nejad, Ali Afshari, Javid
Tehrani, Farshad Kohandani...
Manouchehr Mohammadi, fellow colleague of Tabarzadi
and leader of the National Union of Iranian Students and Graduates, is one
of the thousands arrested students of July 1999. Manouchehr, along with
his younger brother Akbar Mohammadi, have been held captive in the
torturous solitary confinement Islamic Republic prison cells, and
subjected to unabated physical and psychological torture.
After three and a half years, Manouchehr Mohammadi
continues to suffer from dangerous malnutrition and gum infections, which
time after time have been denied medical treatment for by the Islamic
Republic authorities.
Mohammadi Ebrahimi, brave student and human rights
activist of Khorram-Abad University, had been arrested during the
Khorram-Abad unrest in fall of 2001. In January 2002, Ebrahimi sustained,

Ø On Tuesday, may 25, thousands of students gathered together in Tehran university campus for a peaceful demonstration

Ø Before (23and 25 may), students have been attacked many times and oppressed. These students are mostly laic,
national and democrat. On Monday July 5. 99, students of the“ Moslem Students Union” had a sit in strike in front of

Ø In this press release, students have introduced themselves as “captures, prisoners of conscience and obligor fighter Moslems, desperado soldiers at God front against devil ...” By this communiqué, it is indicated that not only the laic, national, democrat students, who have set up the student united front, but the familiar Moslem students are incontrary to the current regime.
Ø During the next years after war with Iraq, the Iranian state tried to send the vigilantes, Guards Corps para-military, in general all their accountants without passing the entrance examination to the universities.Throughout these, have shaped the bureau of (Thkim wahdat) and Islamic students Union, in order to guard the regime in universities campuses. Now, beside the democratic, national, laic students, the Moslem students, who are for a improvement of this deranged situation in Iran, take pace to confrontation against the Islamic Despotism. These student have been looking for reforms that has been promised by Mr. Mohammad Khatami , such as democracy, freedom of opinion and expression, and now the context of students press release implied to untruness of Khatami promises. Nevertheless, in the next process, after three days of beginning of their protests, it was two days after student press release , this part of students tried still not to give up this hope, around their axial demands.
Ø On Thursday, July 8. In protest to the new press bill that has been approved by Islamic Parliament, which imposed more sterns on press, students have performed a sit in strike in dormitory near to Teheran University, Amirabbad street.

Ø This Rgime tartars attack continued to July 9, morning. The other students who interred to the widstanding area, tried by fight and escape, penetrate to Teheran University. This news spreaded around and fresh forces joined the students` resistance. The state oppressors, in university mosque, again launched fire to students. Friday afternoon increased the number of students and they could regress the state attackers behind bars of Teheran University.
Ø Because of impression of (bureau of Tahkim wahdat) as arm of reactionaries and wide presence of Islamic Union that still were trying through Mohammad Khatami (president and head of High Security Council) channels, on July 9, 10, 11,friday, Saturday, Sunday, still some of these students carried photos of Khatami, dailies (Salam, Neshat), which belonged to Khatami wing, in their hands and packed their slogans with (Allaho Akbar) God is great. In these days, police and secret service forces had to back out and religious leader(Khamenei), president Khatami tried with trick appologizing that they are not informed of the roots of this attacks and quitted two police commanders and accepted to investigate the massacre of students on Thursday night, in order to calm the situation.
Ø On July 12, Monday, the form of demonstration changed. From this day, there was no more slogan (Allah Akbar) and Khatamis`picture, banned newspapers. On the other hand, more students from other cities joined the students in Teheran for solidarity and people from the different parts of Teheran and other cities across the country took part in this street battle.
Ø On this day, according to correct reports, the students of Tabriz, Mashhad, Shiraz, Esfahan, Orumieh and other cities that have university and institute, joined Teheran students and even people in less populated parts, like Shahriar and Pardis-Karaj, were ready for insurrection against the despot.
Ø On Monday, police and security forces, not far from the students, were observing them. On Tuesday morning, July 13. About 3000 students gathered together in front of university. Police obstructed the entrance of university. The night before, students movement leaders have been arrested. First of all students stayed there about 30 minutes undecided, at this term, it was considering the lack of leadership and co-ordination . Regarding news, students after few minutes autogenic started to confront the wild attack of police and vigilantes. Simultaneously, the students who were in Vali-assr square, assaulted police cars and set tow of those in fire, instead carrying Khatami portrate and saying (Allah-Akbar).
Ø There was just spanning of batons, stones and slogans as “I kill ,who killed my brother” and “bullets, tanks, vigilantes militia men cannot stop us anymore” –the flame of anger raised in south, north, west and east of Teheran, students and other people, started to fight with regimes agents. On this day, as state television (Jam-e-Jam) reported, government had a session and Khatami as reformer propagandized, condemned the protests, saying they were against the country’s interests and his government’s reformist policies, Khatami told state television “I am sure that these people have evil aims and we shall stand in their way... we are therefore determined to fight this violence”.
Ø High Security Council of regime headed by Khatami, announced by Mr Hassan Rouhani, the deputy minister of council and under-secretary of parliament, that is determined to suppress the student protesters. The same morning, Khatami and Khamenei call on repressive organs to parade on the streets, against to students protests. On Monday Khatami announced students demonstration illegal. On Wednesday July 14, 99. Regime brought about 50 000 Anssar-Hezbollah, secret service agents, Guards corp, Guards Corp’s para-military, executioners, information ministry agents, armed forces and other oppressor organs, against 64 million people of Iran, demonstrated that, ” the population showed their love for the regime and the leadership by their presence and at the same time they demoralized the ill wishers and the enemies”.
Ø Since that Wednesday evening, regarding to photos and addresses of students at secretariat in university, state agents are hunting the students house by house. Up to now more than 10 000 students and other people are arrested, in Teheran is rumour that 60students are executed and others are faced to massacre.
Ø In March/April 1982, by edict of Khomeini, Khamenei, president Banisadr, the state forces and vigilantes attacked the universities and institutes, under the name of cultural revolution, and closed down them for tow years. At this period the state oppressors accessed students curriculum at secretariats of universities and institutes. The students who could not flee, their houses were broken down at night and got arrested.
Ø According to figures published, along those tow years, more than 50 000 students were arrested, which half of them were executed and the rest are in prisons, few of them with tortured body have been released.
Ø It is happening again!! After 18 years, Islamic Regime another time breaking down students houses and arresting them in order to stifle protesting generation and have captured hundreds of students so far.
Both the cleric
Leader and the so propagandised reformist president of the Islamic Republic of
Iran, after the seven days long demonstration of our students against religious
dictatorship, for democracy, took their oppressors on the streets to call the
freedom seeker students riotous against state.
This general
accusation is enough for the Islamic way of judiciary proceedings to call them
the enemy of god, and sentenced them to death.
At the same
time, both of the cleric leaders ( Khamenei and Khatami ) called the secret
service, police, and their other cruel followers, to arrest the students
immediately and bring them to Islamic punishment, which is death.
under the title of so-called Islamic cultural revolution, and by the same
command issued by Khomeini the first cleric leader, after attacking to all
universities in Iran, they have broken the houses of students for a general
massacre. This is happening again.
According to
the latest informations we received
from Iran the agents of Islamic Republic began house breaking, up to now

The roll of Khatami is oppressive

□ On
Monday, July 12th the fourth day of students peaceful demonstration,
Khatami summoned his Cabinet members and after consulting with them and
cleric leader, said:
►
“These ( students) are opportunists elements and riotous”
► “This action ( demonstration of students) was intend to inflict the
blow to regimes` fundament
and bringing into riot and
social confusion”
► “This action is against the state interest”
► “We are therefore determined to stand in their way( demonstration of
students)”
□On
Monday, July 12th , Khatami as a
president, who some people
supposed that is counter to cleric
leader, concern to Khameneis` edict, banned the demonstration,
while at the same time he himself appealed Hezbollah (Regime oppressor
arm) on Wednesday, July 14th to parade on the streets and staging
rally against the students.
□ On
Tuesday, July 13th which,
students didn’t pay attention banning
the demonstration by Khatami, and continued to protest across the county,
incouraging information agents security forces and police Khatami said:
►“ I am sure that, this problem will be solved by dominating of
information and security forces.”
This solution has caused repression
of students, arresting more than
15000, recapturing ex -political
prisoners and unbridle executions!!
□ One
week after oppression, Khatami travelled to different cities in Iran, and by his
open talk to states`agents( for instance on July 27th in Hamedan)
appreciated the security service police and army forces that repressed the
protesting students and arresting 15000 of them.
Khatami said in Hamedan:
►“ I am thankful to precious strife of information ministry that, has
been beside the police and military forces to stabilize security”
□ Khatami,
on the last week of July99, in Iran cities ( Hamedand and Malaier) said:
►“ his duty is defending the dignified cleric leader ( Khamenei) and
rule of law, means to protect the cleric leader.”
► “ I express my gratitude to unsparing Islamic revolution leader`s
protection from state and president. “
□
If Khatami be considered as the opposite side of Khamenei cleric Leader,
the dependent claim and action of Khatami toward cleric leadership (
Velayate-faghih) infact, will be insistently
ignored.
