آقاي رئيس جمهور

سنديكاي سوئيس مطلع شده است كه در روز 7سپتامبر 2005 نيروهاي امنيتي چندين عضو سنديكاي كارگران شركت واحد واتوبوسراني تهران وحومه را دستگير نموده اند.

درميان دستگير شدگان آقاي منصور اسانلو رئيس هيت مديره سنديكا ،ابراهيم مددي معاون مديريت سنديكا ،عباس نژند كودكي،ناصر غلامي ،داود نوروزي ،حسن حاجعلي وند ،نعمت امير خاني ميباشند.

اين افراد به دادگاه برده شده ودرتاريخ 8سپتامبر به جرم اخلال وتشويش اذاهان عمومي تحت محاكمه قرار گرفته اند.كه متعاقبآ با وثيقه آزاد شده ولي اعضاء سنديكا در اعتراض به حقوق پرادخت نشده  وخواسته هاي خود  واعتراض به دستگيريها به نشانه اعتراض وهمبستگي چراغ اتوبوس ها را روشن نمودند.

مدير عامل شركت آقاي مصطفي نوريان ومعاون ايشان آقاي تيموري هيت مديره سنديكا را از ماه ژوئن زمان اعلام وجود سنديكا ودرزمانيكه هيت مديره سنديكا درمورد مشكلات كارگران صحبت نموده اند ،مورد تهاجم قرارداده وآنان را با تعليق خدمت واخراج مواجه نموده اند.كارگرانيكه حاضر به كار نبوده را محروم نموده ومورد مجازات قرار داده اند .

سنديكاي سوئيس قويآ آزار واذيت اعضآ سنديكا را محكوم مينمايد. عضو سنديكا بودن، وداشتن حق تشكل،حق اعتراض واعتصاب  طبق كنوانسيون بين المللي سازمان جهاني كار يكي از حقوق اوليه كارگران است .

سنديكاي سوئيس از شما مصرانه تقاضا دارد براي رهائي بدون قيد وشرط برهان ديوارگر وتمام محكوميت  كارگران همچنين كارگران شركت واحد تهران وحومه وبازگشت بكار كارگران اخراجي بسر كار خود اقدامات لازم را مبذول نمائيد.

سنديكاي سوئيس تحت نظر ميگيرد كه دولت جديد شما چگونه حقوق اوليه كارگران را رعايت ميكند وحقوق كارگران درآينده چگونه خواهد بودوبه آن احترام گذاشته ميشود.

ما اميدواريم كه دولت جديد نقض حقوق بشر ،حقوق اتحاديه اي وحق تشكل راجبران نموده واستاندارهاي حقوق پايه اي را رعايت نموده وتضمين نمايد.ما نيز درآينده پيگيري مينمائيم.

ترجمه وتكثير اتحاد بين المللي در حمايت از كارگران در ايران / سوئيس

The Syndicate Unia, Switzerland, has been informed that on 7 September 2005 the Iranian security forces arrested several members of the Syndicate of Workers of Tehran and Suburbs Bus Company-Vahed. Among the arrested were Mansour Ossanlou, director of the syndicate, Ebrahim Mada­­di, deputy director of the syndicate, Abbas Najand Koodaki, Naser Gholami, Davood Norouzi, Hassan Haj Alivand and Nemat Amirkhani. The unionists were taken to court on 8 September and char­­ged with “disturbance of the public order”. They were subsequently released on bail. They were arrested during a protest against unpaid wages amounting to 40,000 Toman in Tehran on 7 September. Bus drivers in Tehran left their lights on while driving passengers around the city.

Management of the company, Mr. Mostafa Nourian, the CEO of the state-owned bus company, and his deputy, Mr. Teimouri, has targeted the union and its leadership since its creation in June. When ever union representatives have meet with managers and brought up workers’ grievances, they we­­re met with lay offs and dismissals. Others were not proposed overtime, had their routes and bus li­­nes changed, and were denied promotions or reprimanded on unjustifiable grounds.

Unia strongly condemns the continued harassment of members of the syndicate. The right to be a member of a trade union organisation and the right to protest are fundamental workers’ rights protected under international conventions.

Unia therefore urges you to take the necessary measures to ensure the immediate release of Borhan Divangar and that all charges against him be dropped. It also urges you to ensure that all char­­ges against the above mentioned members of the Syndicate of Workers of Tehran and Suburbs Bus Company-Vahed be dropped and that the 17 dismissed workers be reinstated.

Unia will closely monitor how your new government respects fundamental worker’s rights and human rights in the future. However, I trust that the new government will rectify the above mentioned violations of trade union rights immediately and ensure that core labour standards will be respected in the future.
In the meantime, I look forward to your swift and decisive action in these matters.
